OUR GOALS Our main objective is that students acquire both the strategic vision of a manager and the knowledge they need to run the various departments and areas of a company as well as the necessary skills for positions of responsibility in any organization skills. The main objective is to be achieved through the attainment of the following partial objectives: KNOWLEDGE Acquiring a solid and advanced conceptual training and some practice in administration and business management. SKILLS Developing analytical skills to identify courses of action to take, and initiative, confidence to execute and assume responsibilities within the company and effectively lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. ATTITUDES Identifying, understanding and managing the continuous transformation of the environment, incorporating them into the company strategy to generate the required operational changes. Defining and promoting activities, businesses and companies, enabling the company to achieve the full development and use of their capabilities and leveraging the opportunities that are presented in a sustainable way. VALUES Enhancing skills and knowledge in an ethical framework that promotes individual and group development where these respect, honesty, commitment, responsibility, empathy and teamwork are.

· ¿A quién va dirigido?

The MBA is aimed at students who: • Not having had previous training in Business Administration (lawyers, engineers, journalists, lawyers in CAFD, etc.) want to acquire the necessary skills to develop in the future their technical capacities in environment management and leadership skills companies, either as an employee or self-employed. ADE graduates wishing to enroll to study similar subjects to those seen in the degree but from another point of view and acquiring other various and / or complementary skills. • Show interest in learning the basics of all areas of management and business management. • Receptive to a personal and comprehensive training. • Proactive and independent. • Have an open mind for mobility and the acquisition of new experiences. • Have both analytical and autonomous/team work abilities, which require social and economic problems solving.
