Descripción

Explicar la arquitectura en la plataforma J2ME y el rol de configuraciones y profiles. Construir aplicaciones MIDP básicas (MIDlets) e incorporar multimedia en aplicaciones MIDP. Crear e implementar interfaces de usuario usando “application programming interface (API)” de alto y bajo nivel. Implementar almacenamiento de datos local, en dispositivos, usando el Record Management System (RMS). Crear aplicaciones que usen información ubicada en la red. Describir las facilidades de seguridad MIDP 2.0.
Dirigido a: “Para desarrolladores que trabajan con aplicaciones móviles (ej : teléfonos celulares) usando tecnología Java.”

Para obtener el máximo aprovechamiento del curso, los alumnos necesitan: Poder trabajar con aplicaciones que usen Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition (J2SE platform). Adicionalmente los estudiantes deberían: Haber pasado el Sun Java 2 Programmers Certification Exam , o tener más de dos años de experiencia en desarrollo con software Java.
